Rural cluster in delay – stabilising production
A rural FTTH cluster had fallen several weeks behind schedule. Daily production fluctuated, rework was high and documentation incomplete. ASB Fiber took over parts of the civil works with stable crews and clear KPIs. Within a short time, average daily output increased, rework dropped and sections were handed over with full photo documentation and measurement reports – allowing the client to recover lost time and reduce pressure from stakeholders.
Urban street build – combining civil, blowing and splicing
In a congested urban environment, the client needed one partner to take responsibility for both civil works and installation. ASB Fiber deployed a combined team: trenching, ducts, manholes, blowing and splicing – coordinated through one site supervisor and one communication channel to the client. The result: fewer interfaces, less finger-pointing and a rollout section completed ahead of the revised deadline.
In-home installations at scale – protecting the customer experience
A European operator wanted to accelerate activations but was struggling with inconsistent customer experience at the doorstep. ASB Fiber provided trained in-home installation teams with clear procedures for communication, work practices and documentation. Complaints decreased, activation speed improved and the operator could use the same playbook in other regions.
